Entry terms and conditions
Entry to the FEIG ELECTRONIC, subsequently referred to as Operator or Organiser, prize draw is free and is based exclusively on these entry terms and conditions.
Prize draw expiry
The prize draw runs from 13.02.2018, 12 midnight to 30.03.2018, 11.59 p.m.
Online users have the opportunity to enter the prize draw during this period.
Entry
It is essential to fill in the displayed entry form and submit it to enter the prize draw. It is only possible to enter during the period of participation.
Any entries sent in after the entry deadline will not be considered in the prize draw.
Only one submitted entry per participant is entered in the prize draw. It is strictly forbidden to use several email addresses to increase the chances of winning.
It is free to enter the prize draw.
Eligible entrants
Individuals aged 18 and above are entitled to enter. Entry is not restricted to the Organiser’s customers and is not conditional on purchasing merchandise or services.
Anyone involved in the design and organisation of the prize draw and the Operator's employees and their family members are not entitled to enter the prize draw. The Operator also reserves the right to exclude people from entering at their own discretion, if there are justified reasons, for example,
(a) tampering related to access to the prize draw or the prize draw organisation, (b) breaches of these entry terms and conditions, (c) acting unfairly or (d) incorrect or misleading information related to entering the prize draw.
Prizes, notification and presentation of prizes
The following prices are being awarded:

3 x Echo Plus
30 x Echo Dot
The winners are selected at random after the entry deadline as part of a prize draw among all entrants. If the prize draw is linked to a task, only those entrants who carried out the task correctly are entered into the prize draw.
The prize draw winners are promptly informed about their win by a separate email.
The prize is only handed out to the winner or to a legal representative if the winner is a minor. It is not possible to swap the prize, collect it yourself or have it paid out in cash.
The Operator assumes any possible postage costs for the prizes. Any additional costs associated with using the prize are at the winner’s expense. The winner is responsible for any taxation of the prize.
If the winner does not get in touch within a deadline of 3 weeks after two reminders, the prize can be transferred to another entrant.
Termination of the prize draw
The Organiser expressly reserves the right to terminate the prize draw without prior notice or reasons for the cancellation. This specifically applies to any reasons that would disrupt or prevent the planned prize draw process.
Data privacy
It is necessary to provide personal details to enter the prize draw. The entrant affirms that the personal information provided, in particular the first name, last name and email address, is truthful and correct.
The Organiser points out that all the entrant’s personal details will not be forwarded to any third parties or provided for use without their consent.
The entrant can withdraw their given consent at any time. This withdrawal must be addressed in writing to the Organiser in the website’s legal notice section.
The entrant’s collected and saved personal data is immediately deleted once consent is withdrawn.
Applicable law
Any questions or complaints related to the prize draw must be addressed to the Operator. The contact information can be found in the website’s legal notice section.
The Operator’s prize draw is subject exclusively to the Federal Republic of Germany’s law. The Organiser’s decision is final.
Severability
If a provision in these entry terms and conditions should be or become fully or partly invalid, the validity of the rest of these entry terms and conditions is not affected by this. The invalid provision shall be replaced by an appropriate provision which comes as close as possible to the meaning and purpose of the invalid provision. The same applies in the event of a loophole in these entry terms and conditions.
