Compact terminal with German Payment Application

The cVEND compact LTE is a flexible, energy-saving payment terminal. The robust, monolithic housing with integrated LTE modem and mobile communications antenna enables quick and easy installation on any vending machine front. An integrated proximity sensor wakes up the terminal and vending machine when a card is presented. The terminal is especially suitable for tobacco vending machines, as the card only needs to be presented once for wake-up, age verification and payment.

The terminal is based on the cVEND plug series and handles all functions, card systems and approvals. In addition to the German girocard, these include many credit and debit cards as well as mobile payment and smartphone wallets. An integrated fixed price system with relay output and coin check emulation allows retrofitting of vending machines without connection to a payment system.

GERMAN App

The variant contains a ready-to-use payment application with integrated level 2 kernels for the German debit card “girocard”, credit cards and mobile payment as well as a connection to German Payment Service Provider (“Netzbetreiber”)  via the ZVT Poseidon protocol. This variant can be integrated over different interfaces and protocols in all kind of machines and is ready-to-use with a Payment Service Provider contract.

TOPP (Deutsche Applikation)

Die Variante TOPP enthält eine zertifizierte Level 3 Payment-Applikation mit integrierten Level 2 Kernels für girocard, Kreditkarten und Mobile Payment Wallets. Ausserdem eine Anbindung an unterschiedliche deutsche Netzbetreiber über das ZVT Poseidon Host-Protokoll. Zur Anbindung an Automaten stehen die Kassenschnittstellen MDB, ZVT und O.P.I. zur Verfügung. Diese Variante kann als vollwertiges Payment Terminal sofort in Automaten eingebaut werden und ist nach Abschluss eines Netzbetreibervertrages (durch den Betreiber) mit einer der oben genannten Kassenschnittstellen betriebsbereit.
