Initial loading of the payment service provider application

The FEIG PayServ.SolutionSuite is the easy way to bring maximum flexibility to your logistics, production processes and customer business with cVEND payment terminals.

With PayServ.SolutionSuite, you have the option of loading any applications and their versions onto the cVEND using a cVEND terminal with Alpha application. The Alpha application offers all the advantages of a fully functional terminal, such as ZVT-ECR interface and MDB interface for function tests. This means that everything is possible up to the end-of-line test even without a pre-installed payment service provider application. The choice of a PSP therefore does not have to be taken into account when purchasing a cVEND, but can be made at any point in the process chain at your or your customer’s premises.

By using cVENDs with Alpha application, you also keep your stock levels low and are flexible in your choice of PSPs at all times.

How does the
PayServ.SolutionSuite work in detail?

• cVEND with Alpha application
  A cVEND with Alpha application allows you to download and install any payment service provider. The cVEND already has all the necessary interfaces (ZVT and MDB) for setting up and testing your terminal before the application is installed.

• Order the SolutionSuite
  Order the SolutionSuite payment service provider application for your cVEND, regardless of the desired PSP.

• Select application
  Log in to our PayServ.Connect web portal and select the desired payment service provider and application version. You will receive a Job-ID and order token from us.

• Load application
  Enter Job-ID and order token via:
  – Cash register interface via ZVT
  – FEIG CRS-Tool
  – PIN pad (cVEND PIN and cVEND touch)

The application and keys are downloaded and installed automatically.
