The ID PAD74-U PAD Reader with USB interface is a compact RFID device designed for contactless data exchange with HF transponders. It provides USB connectivity for laptops or desktop PCs and is ideal for libraries and offices to track books and identify items on loan. With support for ISO 14443-A/B transponders, it enables access control and user recognition at a read range of up to 19 cm. The device indicates operating states via LEDs and can be easily integrated into existing systems using the standard FEIG protocol. It is powered via a fixed USB 2.0 cable.
